Seeing as we were in Florida during the sale, we were concerned the sale might not go well and the condition of the house afterward would be compromised. We don’t know where to even begin to express our gratitude to you and your staff at Sales By Steiner.

Before you stepped foot into our home of 14 years, we were walking around in circles trying to figure out where to begin. To say we were dreading the entire process is a massive understatement.

Your instructions after we discussed the logistics immediately set our mind at ease. “Open a cabinet or drawer, remove what you want and then just close them. Same thing in the closets, rooms and garage, just take the things you want. We will handle the rest”. We followed your instructions, admittedly, with a bit of skepticism.

We walked through the house with John, room by room, to confirm what would be staying. You treated our belongings like treasures, double and triple checking with us if you came across something that looked like it might have been something we missed when we were packing the items we would be keeping.

Every room was organized, all items clearly marked and despite the massive number of items being sold in addition to the furniture, there was no clutter. Even items in the garage and outside were neatly lined up.

The sale took place in December and we were told there was a line at the door. They were very organized only letting in a few people at a time. They have a tremendous following. Based upon the end result, we have to agree we received a very generous price for the items that were sold.

It was an absolute delight to work with you and your staff. Every single person was pleasant, cheerful and most importantly, respectful of our home throughout the entire process from the set up to sale to clean up. You did exactly what you promised. Basically, you did EVERYTHING and we could not be happier!

We are grateful to you for carrying us through a very difficult situation, and literally, handling every aspect of getting our house ready for the new owners.

We did not expect you to shovel snow from the driveway and sidewalk every day of the sale and even the days following up to the final clean-up day.
